a. In the early 1930s, the Miles family began a family owned and operated business in the agricultural sector of Waterford, Ontario. As large growers of produce, they were able to supply their products throughout Canada and the United States. With a clear vision, strong work ethic and a dedication to their customers and employees, the family business experienced steady growth.

b. In the early 60’s, a trucking division was added to provide their clients with the additional service of on-time deliveries they could trust.

c. In order to meet the needs of the ever-changing marketplace and provide customers an additional flexible service, a corrugated division was added a few years later, providing customers with products and delivery solutions to suit their needs. In 2002, after much growth in the packaging division, a new division was created. CR Strapping Inc. would go on to produce strapping products and provide service and repairs to equipment

and tooling, while also providing total packaging solutions to both the industrial and general packaging sectors.

d. In 2005, after reviewing our client requirements and outgrowing our facility in Simcoe, Ontario, we have added our new location in Brantford, Ontario. The new facility provides distribution of our products as well as warehousing and logistics services to a number of clients.

e. With 2006, came the development of a new division called CRWS Inc. This division concentrates on providing warehouse and logistics solutions in order to meet the ever-increasing demand in the Canadian and Global marketplace to have products available efficiently and on time.

f. Currently we continue to grow at CRWS and we take pride in working with clients to ensure they receive the best possible solutions to all of their warehousing and logistics requirements.
